[Project Nebula] Hiring Web Developer

Project Nebula is a brand new network and we are currently working on our website/forum. We require a web developer who knows how to code Ruby on Rails, and customize Forem. Along with minecraft validation for log ins and MySQL database linking.

You will be payed starting at 150$ and going up if the forum and everything else is working properly.

Payment
Payment is via PayPal, we have several concepts that need to be finished. Payment will be negotiated before you begin on the plugin. Payment will be given in full once as the plugin is finished.

Requirements
Obviously knowledge of html, php and bootstrap is required, as well as ruby on rails.
