For my new project, I will require a plugin developer to build us some custom plugins.

Before anything else, I want to make it absolutely clear from the outset that any plugins you build for us on hired time will belong to the project and the project solely. You will be required to sign a Non-disclosure agreement with a trace-able digital e-signature.

Just an update, the project is now paid by commission on the plugin requested, no longer weekly rates.
