Top MC Server (TMS) is a Minecraft server listing platform focused on verifiable trust signals rather than raw vote volume or self reported claims.
Most server lists rely on vote inflation, paid advantages, and loosely defined “non-P2W” labels. TMS is building systems to reduce that noise through structured ranking inputs, manual verification, and repeat review cycles.
We are currently bringing on additional staff to help operate and refine these systems during soft launch.
What we are building
TMS combines multiple authenticated signals into a ranking framework, including:
Votes, uptime, reviews, and Discord based vouches
Manual Non-P2W verification and re-review cycles
Defined Trust & Safety workflows for reports and appeals
Transparent inputs designed to evolve as abuse patterns change
The goal is not to eliminate judgment, but to document it and apply it consistently.
Proof of execution
As part of this system, TMS already operates a Discord based vote and vouch bot that server owners can add to their communities.
The bot allows players to vote and vouch directly from Discord rather than through anonymous web traffic. Vouches are rate limited, tied to Discord membership age, and used as one input among several in ranking calculations.
This bot is live and in use, and feeds directly into platform data rather than existing as a standalone engagement tool.
Who we are looking for
We are not recruiting general Discord chat moderators at this time.
We are looking for people interested in structured responsibilities such as:
Reviewing server submissions and verifying claims
Assisting with Non-P2W classification and scheduled re-reviews
Operating Trust & Safety workflows, audits, and appeals
Evaluating reports and edge cases using defined criteria
Experience with Minecraft servers, moderation at scale, policy writing, abuse prevention, or platform governance is a plus. Minecraft playtime alone is not the qualification.

All applications are handled through our Discord server.
Applications are centralized there to:
Keep all reviews and decisions in one auditable place
Select the role you want to apply for and complete the application
Each role has defined questions and applications are reviewed privately by staff.
Current stage
TMS is in soft launch. Systems are live, evolving, and actively being refined. This is an opportunity to help shape definitions, workflows, and enforcement standards rather than stepping into a finished product.
