Project Solar - Recruiting gamemode and Java developer

Hey, I'm making this post about the potential recruitment of a Developer.

Currently I own a server along with a few other piers, and we are looking to release hopefully several game modes in the future. At the moment we have a small, but not tiny community, with about 350 members in our server Discord. And while the few of us that are working on this currently work well as a team, we are lacking enough hands to get it done in the near future. I am pretty much the only one in our team with experience within programming, and I am still learning. Therefore we are open to recruiting a more experienced Developer to help us out.



What are we looking for?

First , someone that can work in a team environment , with a voice of it's own and Invested in the project.

The developer we're looking for has to be able to make game modes from scratch , and implement any custom features we want with custom coded plugins.
We aim to have mostly PvP game modes, and therefore a Developer with some experience in making and configuring PvP related plugins would be suited. Not much of the content we plan to have is extremely complicated, and I feel confident saying that there will not be any huge and overwhelming tasks.

We are looking for someone who is interested in working with a small but compact team of people, who's goal is to make high quality PvP game modes that all players can enjoy We prefer monthly payment although we can't promise a high payment , we want the developer to be a part of the team and have a voice of his own . We are looking for someone who is not just interested in developing and configuring plugins and code, but also as being a part of owning a server and helping us throughout this project.
