Managing the marketing budget and making sure every dollar works hard will be important. You will work closely with me to keep the messaging sharp and aligned with our vision. You will track performance and tweak campaigns to get better results. If you work with junior marketers or freelancers, you will lead and motivate them.

You have proven experience leading marketing and sales, ideally in personal branding, lifestyle, or coaching businesses. You know social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads inside and out. You hunger for bold marketing tactics that push boundaries. Your communication and leadership skills are strong. You are self-motivated and disciplined with a no-excuses mindset. You have solid knowledge of funnels, email marketing, and sales psychology. Communicating clearly and consistently on Telegram and Signal is something you are comfortable with.
