Open Positions

Support Representative
A support representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Duties and responsibilities generally include answering tickets and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, and walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes. In the case of a sales representative, duties and responsibilities will include selling products and services to clients and processing payments.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  • Responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Communicating with clients through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving client complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the support process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional support.
Payment:
All support representatives will start as 'Junior Support Representatives.' This is a voluntary role in which you will prove to us that you can excel in this position. After this, you will be promoted to 'Support Representative,' also a voluntary position, where you will have added responsibility. If we notice you progressing and excelling, we will promote you to 'Senior Support Representative.' This is a paid position in which you will start with a base rate of 15$ plus a 2$ bonus per ticket completed.
