Projectkorra addon

Hey

I was looking for someone to make me an addon for project korra.
It has an API so you could hook into it.

So in the plugin, you have abilities and each ability you can set the range and damage etc in the config, but the problem is that the settings are global and not player based.

So my question is, if you could hook into the config and make an addon for that plugin that i can have per player configs for each ability.

example:
/a <ability_name> <Name_of_setting> <value> <player>
