I'm looking to essentially make an investment by buying a project, website, etc. that will make me some money either short-term, long-term, or both, whatever.
I'm looking for something with either a sales history or a good strategic plan in place for the project. It must be ready to publish, I'm not looking to invest into something half built or half ready, so leave those out.
