Right now, Minecraft/BuiltByBit just isn’t cutting it, so I’m expanding way beyond that. I’m building something way bigger, and I need the right people on board early. You’ll start on commission per client - but in 1–2 months, once we roll out broader outreach systems, you'll shift to fixed monthly pay. From there, you’ll likely move into a more defined long-term role inside the team.
