Protection wall skript

Hello mc-market,

I need help with a skript. What I am looking for is once I place a piston down with the name:
Barrier Protection, and a lore of "This will place a 3x3 wall in front of you. (optional does not have to have this)
It will then create a 3x3 wall of brick in front of them. (Whichever direction they are facing).
This block also must have a cooldown of placement, which should hopefully be easy to change inside the skript.
I am new to using skripts, but I think this should be possible right
