[Proxy] Lost Connection to Server

I'm having an issue with my server where 1.7 players are getting kicked but 1.8 players are fine. It's happening with every server under the bungee but I've changed which Bungee were using and updated our Spigot with no luck for either. (We're now using HexaCord with no luck aswell)


In the bungee log it's showing this.
20:25:53 [INFO] [Fer_Guy_] disconnected with: §f[Proxy] Lost connection to server.


In the main servers log its showing this.
[20:23:03 INFO]: toolmanhoss lost connection: Internal Exception: net.minecraft.util.io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: java.lang.RuntimeException

It worked perfectly fine on our old Dedi, We changed Server Selector config, Bungee config and DB info in the plugins that needed MySql when we changed to our new dedi and now things are breaking.
