Not sure what you mean by a datacenter proxy, as it will be no different to any other proxy. Proxies give no sort of anonymity, as it simply forwards the requests on, and the originating IP address can be determined very easily. You'll either need a dedicated server, or a VPS from a provider who has cheap IP address prices.
