PS4 or Xbox One [Unbiased views]

Hello there,

I am sitting here with my previous gen console, the Xbox 360 and am planning to upgrade to a next gen simply because the new games are slowly now lower in quality with previous gen and nobody (I know) really plays it.

Anyway, I was viewing the E3 live stream and noticed a couple of things, it came to my mind that Microsoft owns not only the Xbox, but a very popular (and my favourite) OS, Windows. In addition to this they are introducing Microsoft hololens and are partnering with Oculus Rift! It hit me that Xbox is actually getting a little better, and if you put the puzzle together then this may mean that Xbox may soon offer amazing features.

The issue I am facing is 'PS4 or Xbox' - the majority, if not all my mates have the PS4, but I feel they mainly have the PS4 because they had the PS3, or possibly they just like Sony, and every time I ask for opinions they very biased. I am not biased, and even though I actually have a 360 I don't mind Sony at all, in fact I love 'em!

To the PC Master Race: I am NOT looking for a PC, YES, I know of ALL the benefits, but I am 100% satisfied with my current pc and am NOT looking for one.

So, I am asking for the UNBIASED opinions of people, possibly those who have experienced playing with PS4 and Xbox One, and tell me which is actually worth it.

Please note:

• Money in the short term is not a problem, meaning I don't really care if one is more expensive than the other, however if you want to add the overall prices for long term (e.g the game costs, xbox live (for xbox) etc.) this can be a con, please do inform me of them.
• I really am looking for unbiased views, please don't recommend me to get a PS4 / Xbox just cause you have them or for not a really good reason.

XBOX 1 has halo, gears of wars, ect. The only reason people get a xbox is because of halo, IMO.
PS4 has better graphics and is cheaper per month to have online.
Although XBOX is more for entertainment, XBOX even said they focus more on entertainment, PS4 is more for gaming.

Microsoft is just a entire better company than Sony in terms of reliability and support, you don't see Microsoft going off for 2 months because of a ddos attack do you?
Xbox has halo, gears of war etc. There's literally barely if any games that Sony has that Xbox doesn't. The only majorly good game Sony has that xbox doesn't is probably God of War.
Xbox online is just entirely better, playstation has a history of being easy to use hacks on and its pathetic.
I also prefer the xbox controllers purely because I have big hands (You know what they say about people with big hands, heh) and I find playstation controllers horribly uncomfortable to hold.
Also prefer xbox because they seem to sell better when refunded from amazon. topkek

Depends on what games you like - get the one that has the most games on THAT YOU LIKE the most

I own an Xbox One and a Ps4. The Xbox One is basically a giant box with a power brick and Windows 8 slapped on it. If you like Xbox's stay with the 360. The Ps4 has also been proven to have better graphics, cheaper prices, and has better membership awards than the Xbox does. Honestly go where your friends are playing. Who cares what console you get. It's all about having fun

Oh if you're friends are on PS4 I'd suggest going on PS4 as well.

Ummm... I honestly think Xbox is better than PS but if you have friends that play one console than go with your friends. So to answer your question, Xbox :verringer:
