Pterodactyl Panel and Cloudfare problem

Are you using a non standard port? IE not port 80/443 in apache/nginx?

If your issue is to do with the SSL, in cloud flare > your domain > SSL/TLS have you got the ssl encryption mode set to full strict? If so to quickly get running id switch to flexible and look to see why your web servers SSL certificate isn't working with Cloudflare

If you have the cloud turned on 8080 is not allowed through cloudflare. You need to change the port to one that is allowed. https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/e...work-ports-compatible-with-Cloudflare-s-proxy

You probably need to configure your web server to work with CloudFlare, also make sure you're using Flexible SSL: https://pterodactyl.io/panel/0.7/configuration.html#reverse-proxy-setup
