Pterodactyl Panel Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. (On creation)

Hello,
Whenever I try to create a server on the pterodactyl panel it comes up with this:
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. Does anyone know how to fix this; java 8 is installed.
