Pterodactyl panel setup [Ubuntu] [5$]

Offering to setup pterodactyl panel on a dedicated server or VPS.
You will need the following:

• A dedicated server or VPS with root access.
• You need to have ubuntu installed (version 18.04 or 16.04).
• A discord account to communicate.

I will setup the following:

• The panel
• The daemon
• A mysql database (which you can also use to store your player data)

I recommend you use ubuntu 18.04, but 16.04 is fine too.
