Not possible unless your host makes backups of server files (possible, but probably not).

As stated above, your best solution is to contact your host and ask them for a backup.
Most hosts should be backing up their client's data anyway as a precaution for drive failures.

If your running a dedicated server or vps and have not got backups then I can help you, If it's a managed solution though then you would be best to contact your host.
