"Good" players get 10+ kills and go ham, I would say you're average.

You sound like you're a lot better than me, and I have 70 hours on the game. To answer the original question, I think you're "good" at the game, but don't try to measure your skill solely based off wins because some luck goes into getting wins.

First few games are against bots I’ve heard. The more you win the less amount of bots will be in your games. (What I’ve heard and read)
