Public HCF core

So you read the title, and most likely think that I'm wanting a super duper custom core for free and resell it claiming it to be my own? No, that isn't it.

I'm looking for a ''free to use'' public core, which may be included in a setup. I basically want to create a whole setup around it including crates, GKits, and make it affordable for everyone.

Are there any free to use cores out there? Link me if so, thanks in advance.​

Do you have the .jar of it perhaps? I saw some ''iHCF 7.0 release'' earlier with .jar but I forgot where.

No. Read what I said again. I said I do NOT want/need a ''super duper custom core'', but just a free open core that has all basic HCF features which I'm allowed to include in a setup, affordable for everyone.

Like Wauk said above, iHCF is a great open source core to use, however, I don't have the jar file for it.
