I have been playing minecraft for around 4 years now and have been staff for around 3 years.
As I used to own multiple servers before where I did not hire a public relations officer I took the job on myself. My roles were to Bump planet minecraft posts, Participating in skype calls with possible deals that could help the server grow, Host and own the youtube channel of the server, Maintain the McForums post, Kept an eye out on forums and hosting sites for possible deals that can be done to receive a slot, Pick a handful of users that had detailed staff applications out and see which members where suitable for the job and respond and deny the ones which were not up to standard and also to be close to the players to see what changes they wanted to see happen to the server.
