Punishment GUI Plugin (Litebans) | NO SKRIPT PLEASE!

Greetings, MCM Community! I am in need of a plugin that has the ability to make a GUI with set rules and set ban times. I am thinking of something like a GUI with a bunch of books named after the reason they will be banned after. You do /punish (Player) and it pulls up a GUI with a bunch of reasons, and you can either left-click which bans the player for the reason you clicked on, or you can right click and it bans them for a default message. I am curious on how much this is, and if you can get it under $15 I'll be interested in buying it. Thank you for your time and consideration!

Before posting on MCM, I looked through about every single punishment plugin. I've seen that, and don't want it
