Punishment Plugin - ban lengths (Need Help)

I am in the process of getting a Custom Ban / Punishment plugin... There is a total of 14 bannable punishments the developer would like to know about options and ban lengths but I have no idea what is suitable... I need your help on this as I want ban lengths to be a reasonable length!

This ban plugin has different options for each punishment, some punishments have 1 ban options whilst most have 2 ban options and some have 3 ban options...

Spamming: Increasing mute times
Insiding: None, it should be up to the faction to trust people
Death Threats: None, it's Minecraft.
DDoS/Dox Threats: 2 week ban then perma ban
Irrelevant Trading: None, let players be annoying and be hated by the community.
Duping: Perma ban
Attempting to dupe: 1/2 week ban
Autoclicker: If they're using it in pvp 2 week ban then perma. If they're using it to grind mobs, 1 week, then 2 week, then perma.
X-Raying: Double ban times
False Report: 3 warnings, then 2 week ban then one month and another month afterwards
Abusing Explots: Perma ban
Hacking: Double ban times
Disrespect: None, take it pussy.
Frozen Logout: Perma ban

The {1}, {2} {3} are the ban options if you could add those as well that would be great! I'd like most of them to have 2 ban options (Admitted) and (Screenshared)
