Your age requirements will drive lots of mature and talented people away. I recommend lowering them.

I wouldn't agree with that but I'm not going to get into the specifics.

You're gonna have more staff than players... I suggest starting out with half of what you have listed above. No new server should EVER need more than 10 staff members.

It Has a older playerbase with around 50 to 100 players We used to be called nether.games i just need to connect the ips and the old playerbase of my network will come back its as simple as that!
