I agree with this. With everything that you are looking for you need a budget of at least 500

I'm not looking for a completely perfect server. I'm looking for something with al the foundations. I can do the rest.

For $50 I can help you with basic setups, and configurations if you'd like.
I don't think anyone is going to sell a server with just "foundations" for $100, furthermore, considering Pixelmon is one of the top played game types right now, for player bases and profits.
I administrated a server where the owner made $2,000 in profits every month I worked for him.
This server only had 40 daily players.

I'm not sure about builds, as I'm very trashy at building, but I can configure whatever you'd like, and do some basic setups I've done on my previous Pixelmon servers.

My first thing is to recommend you use Pixelmon Reforged... Pixelmon Generations is trash.
