Purchasing Builds

Hey guys, i'm looking to purchase some random builds you have laying around that you would be willing to sell for cheap. Please make sure your build meets all of the following criteria before offering. Also note i am not looking for service teams nor builders to get things made only premade builds you no longer need.

Criteria needed:

• Fully exclusive
• Comes will full rights included.(This includes resell rights)
• Isn't a Giant spawn(Not really looking for spawns as i want things i can re-purpose into the visions i have.)
• Reasonably priced (Not looking for crazy priced builds ie 100+)
• You're able to show me the build in game OR Have uploaded it to https://sketchfab.com OR a similar site. (I Like to see every tiny little bit of the build as i will be finalizing ideas as i see them. I want a clear view of it which i feel like pictures just do not give. (This is not needed for smaller builds))
• You have at least 5 or more rep on the site. (As i'm working on a server project i do not want my time wasted by dealing with brand new users attempting to resell builds they went and downloaded)
• The build is no bigger then 200 by 200 by 200.
• Not a war zone, KitPvP map, 1v1 Arena ect. (Not looking for builds like this)
• You have some sort of proof of building (This is preferred but not needed in all cases.)
• Things i am looking for (Random stuff houses buildings Pretty much anything that i can use But not massive buildings like spawns)

Yes im aware i am being picky. I want things i can use and not junk.
Any trashing, useless comments ect will result in a neg rep.(Might as well since everyone else tosses this on there threads lmfao)
