Purchasing Factions Plugins - Void Chest - Chunk Loaders And More!

Hey! I'm one of the admins on a well known factions server which goes by the name of MapleCraft. We're planning on having a huge reset at the end of this month and are in need of a few plugins to make our server that bit better. I've come to MCMarket today to find a great developer who can make bug free plugins.

A sell wand which you hit a chest and it sells the items within the chest. You purchase the perk for X amount of money from buycraft and this gives you permission to purchase the physical item in the game. Other users can’t use this sell wand unless they have the perk.

A void chest automatically sells items which go into it and add it to an f balance. This will be purchasable through the store. The chest must be mineable and still keep its functions still.

A chunk loader. Acts as an afk player which doesn’t despawn. You would place the item within the chunk you want afked and it won’t stop loading it in. These will yet again be purchasable through the store.

In store boosters like money, XP, spawn rates. These will be limited to members of the faction and not the whole server. It will also be a physical item which can be customised with length and the amount its boosted.

Very limited betting, but still betting which wastes time and keeps people playing when bored. For example a bar, you can purchase a range of potions which have potential to double your money.

Also I'm not sure if this is achievable through a plugin or whether it's in the config of FactionsUUID but we need a plugin which means you can't set home in enemy land/ neutral land. you cant /back in the land or log accounts off in the land. If an account attempts to log off it will be auto tped to spawn.
