Purchasing Factions Server: Must have Player Base!

Hello, I'm somewhat new to this, but anyways, I'd like to purchase a factions server for around $200-300, which should include the files, graphics, and domain. As I said, I'm new to MC-Market, but I'm attempting to learn. I don't want an OP Factions server, and I already own FactionsUUID, so if there is some way that someone can incorporate that (as opposed to another plugin such as SavageFactions, etc...), please respond!
