Purchasing Server ($10,000 budget)

I am looking to purchase a Minecraft server that has an active playerbase. It must have over 50 players, if it does not, do not contact me. It must also produce revenue of at least $1,000/month.

And yes, I'm not looking to purchase an HCF or a Practice server.

He is very... experienced in owning servers.
