Basically I’m looking for one of those server that they say “ we were gonna release it but I couldn’t afford it or I have school “ so I’m basically in need of a hcf server , setup and ready for launch and a practice server along with it

They gotta have a custom core , no leaked shot , perfect kB , no skidded plugin , a server with 0 playerbase that’s all I want from both those gotta have those features
