Do I get paid as a Developer?:
Yes, the developer role will definitely be payed based on the work you display and depends on recent donations statuses, etc.
How does the payment method work?:
Developers will be payed through Friends and Family on PayPal depending on how much work they get done.
Example:
For example if you fix 5 bugs and 2 were very major issues you will be payed more than if you fix something not as severe.

As a Server Developer, you will have to meet the following requirements:
- You must be 14 years old at the time of your application.
- You must have a working microphone.
- Development Background/Experience.
- Must know how to code in Java or Web Development
- Keep track of the Website.
- Keep up to date on versions of plugins
- In charge of fixing bug reports given to you by the owners/manager
- Keep active in the community, and don't be afraid to say hello once and a while
- Post changelogs with server updates.
