PurgeSpawnerRanks - Spawner Rankup System

basically, you start off by only being allowed to place a low tier spawner, then you have to rank up using /srankup to be able to place the next tier spawner, each rankup will cost x money and x xp, this system will help make a linear progression for my server therefore making people play longer and most probably be more active.

This plugin would need to be completely configurable, for example make the /srankup take you into a gui where you can look at all of the levels of the ranks and how much each rankup is but make this configurable to change the messages, the slot of each upgrades, the cost etc..

note: this would need to work with SilkSpawners

I would also need resell rights for this plugin too.

I would allow your rep since you have no negative and a few positive, would just need some info on your previous plugins you have created to know you're good enough to create something like this.

They don't need rep to say they're a good developer. A lot of developers don't use MC market because it's a waste of time as most people wont pay decent money for a good dev.

All you need to do is request to see their previous plugins whether that be on Spigot or a personal portfolio.

that may be the case but there are a lot of scammers and a lot of banned people using alts to scam even more, thats why the more of the rep the better IMO.

I have used this before, but this is not what I am asking for, if you read the post the plugin you linked me can not do what I asked.
