Put Forums tab before Resources

I swear Forums used to go first and then Resources because I keep accidently pressing the resource tab

Resources are a lot more active and used than the forums page. It is also more friendly to new users in my personal opinion.

There is a business and marketing reason behind this:
Simply put, putting resources, the products in which BBB takes a 9.9% of each sale from, will always come first. I have spoken directly to Mick about this, and he says that Resources are generating more site-traffic than forums.

However, I do completely agree that this is annoying as fuck, and I recommended a toggle where you can have resources or forums first, but have resources as the default.
