Put notice/large disclaimer when making advertising thread to deter server spam threads

Put a noticeable announcement tag or post somewhere when you create a new thread in the advertising section along the lines of

This section is NOT for SERVER ADVERTISEMENTS.

I think this will deter many users from creating them in the first place, as many give the legitimate excuse of saying "Oh well this was called an advertising section so I thought I could advertise my server with a FREE thread. My bad I won't do it again."

It's not an excuse, there is nothing saying you can't advertise your servers and whatnot. It literally says ADVERTISING and to anyone who may be new or not use this site much may think it's used to advertise their servers.

The entire point of Satan's suggestion was for us to say that you can't advertise your servers and whatnot.

I'll move this to pending to add a notice linking people to post in the server showcases forum. Thanks for the suggestion.
