PvP Area Help

Hi, I was not to sure where to put this so I just put it here. I need help (advice) on pvp areas. I want advice because I don't want anyone on my server doing it. I just need to know how. I have a prison server that has pvp areas in spots. These spots are not squares, they are weird shapes so I don't understand how to make them regions. I have seen other servers have this before but I'm not sure how. If anyone knows anything on this, please let me know. Thanks.

The servers likely set up more then 1 region for the funky shaped areas, I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure you're going to have to just make a few extra regions for it.

Many servers will just make multiple regions in the area. Since there's simply no other way to do it.
