PvP Arenas (Paying)

I am soon going to be opening a kohi practice 2 like server and I am in need of around 6 arenas.

Information about arenas:
- Simple (Therefore shouldn't cost too much)
- Decently flat (Easy to pvp)
- Fps friendly (Clear glass on sides)

What would be cool but is optional:
- A theme such as in stimpy's latest video eg. Pokemon, mario, minecraft()
