You can make a region over and around the arena and disable enderpearls there. So if they throw one in the sky it wouldn't teleport them anywhere.

its a lot easier to just make a walled arena with a barrier roof...

Enderpearls make way too many exploits. If you shoot a bunch at 1 area you can go past a few blocks.

ok, that's fair enough. But for stopping them outside the arena you'd need a plugin, and there's plenty of people that dont know how to set them up, let alone write them XD

I think every server has worldguard and google is the answer to every question about it.
