Hello, I've been trying to run this server known as 'Pvp-Havoc' but I didnt really have the time to. I am selling this server to go to a better owner and someone who will actually care about the server and have time. I am also currently owning/managing a server called MineVex and dont really have time to do both. There are no files, just domain. The site looks quite nice for its price.

Post pictures of it, proof of ownership, buycraft income etc...then we can discuss ;)

I wouldn't buy the site for $150. That portal is really simple and the website uses a style that is 'eh'. Domain itself is worth around $10 max. Lower the BIN to around $60 or $70
