Pvp kit plugin

Hello,
I'm looking for a plugin that makes every player spawn with full leather, wood sword and bow/arrows. But for every kill they get one item upgrades. So after 5 kills they are full chain, 5 more full iron etc. till diamond. When they die they should go back to the basic starter kit.
How much would this cost?
