Looks pretty good, maybe smooth the mountains with a voxel brush (arrow /b bb) that would give the build a more organic feeling which would make the build a lot more pleasing to the eye, GLWS!

That can happen every now and then. However, since paradise has a lot of other content of this quality that he does have proof for, I say you can assume its legit.
Can't vouch for him since I haven't worked or dealt with paradise yet, but he has been on here for a while and shown off a lot of builds. Since there's little to no suspicion on any of those, its safe to say he's reliable.
