I have a pvp server I'm using spigot version 1.11.2, the problem is the new feature Minecraft added, is the cool down using the sword or the axe or what ever.. so I'm looking if there is anyway i can make a plugin or something that i can use 1.11.2 and fighting without cool down same 1.8.9
