PVP Ranking Plugin

Hey Guys,

I'm looking for someone that can make me a plugin.
Basically what I am looking for is a plugin that can rank players, so the best player on the server will be Rank 1. The 2nd best player will be Rank 2, Etc.
I need the players rank to be based on how many kills, deaths they have.

My budget is anywhere between $20 - $50

LOL, you are mental if you are willing to spend that much on a simple plugin such as this.

This plugin shouldn't be made for $50, $25 is a good enough price for the plugin though.

A plugin like that would be like 5-10$.. You can just play with minecraft score...
