Hey man, this is a lot more worth than $3.50 non-exclusive or $40.00.

Put the non-exclusive price at $12.50 and the exclusive price at around $80.00 or even more. (and I would honestly only try to sell this one as exclusive.)

Also, you should put the text colour to none as it is currently hard to read on dark theme.

More accurately, he's trying to un-deflate them. Build prices used to be significantly higher, to where someone skilled could actually make a decent amount. While I sometimes disagree with the extent, in this case he's completely right about it being worth more than this. Non-exclusive prices are often lower than even their non-exclusive value because lower price means more sales, but exclusively this would be worth $100+ even by MCM standards. Asking $5-7 non-exclusively would still mean it's very affordable for a non-exclusive build.
I mean, I've got a warzone for $3.50 in my resources as well, and it gets purchases, yet it's just terrain, no structure like this one.

Not at all. McM is just an awful place for freelancers. Everyone here lowballs because they are 12 and trying to become the new MC server. Then in retrospect, 99% of the builders and terraformers around are quite terrible at what they do. So it evens out. But if there is a quality piece among the trash once in a while, it deserves an actual pricetag that does not reflect the slavery and lowballing of children.
