Hello, my name is Joey, or Wavify. I am the owner of PvP.Zone a custom factions server. I seeking professional staff members. The server is factions, with a little twist, we have Spells, which means you kill mobs to get "Mana" and upon reaching enough "Mana" you can eventually purchase spells. But anyways, we are looking for Helpers, and Moderators.

What you can contribute towards PvP.Zone: I can help control chat and hackers. I also have lots of experience with essentials, worldguard, worldedit, and permissionsex/groupmanager. I handle serious situations very calmly and try to put myself in the victim's shoes as carefully as possible. I can also contribute atleast an hour a day (3:00 PM CST - 10:00 PM CST on school days, all day on weekends/breaks, and I can contribute funds in small increments to the server if needed.

Over the years I have learnt many ways to deal with certain types of people, ranging from young, impatient and immature people to mature, educated and grammatically sound people. I use the knowledge I have learnt over my past years moderating and apply it to dealing with people who are harder to deal with.

Talking about experience here is a bit of info of what experience I have of being a staff member. I have been a Moderator on many servers here is a list and a description of them and why you should pick me.

Here is a list of servers I have been staff on. Due to unfortunate reasons these servers have closed/ I have left, but this will allow to be fully dedicated to your server.

  • McGaming - (The first server that I was moderator on)
  • DevilCraft - A small Mini games server which had a small player base.
  • Tropic Empire - I actually co-owned this server and mostly moderated the chat when I wasn’t working on the config, I got a lot of questions from people about the server and always responded with my best answer. I believe that this was my most successful server as we had made $200 and have had a youtuber online to record, here is the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfwAM3KFrRc this video gave us our huge player base and most of our money.
  • DiamondHoe - This was a server which was going to be made by the youtuber JackSucksAtMinecraft, I did a lot of beta testing (This also why I would like to be chosen because I know how to beta test a game thoroughly and know what sort of bugs to look for) on the custom minigames unfortunately it never opened due to confidential reasons that cannot be mentioned to people.
  • EvoPvp - I was an Admin/staff manager here for a while and had gained a lot of experience from it, I regularly dealt with hackers and worked with the staff, working with the staff included me teaching them how to work on a server and hiring/firing staff.

What you can contribute towards PvP.Zone:
I want this position because I think I will be an amazing help to the server and the community. I enjoy moderating and helping people out with general needs and questions they have. If I am chosen for this position I will be fully dedicated to the server hopefully helping to make the server a more enjoyable and homely place for all people.

It will also allow me to be recognised throughout the server and give me the title of [SrMod], thus allowing me to stand out through the midst of the average players, allowing people to know that I can be trusted to give out correct and thoughtful answers.

Past Experience: I have owned a few servers was Head Admin on a highly succesful server until it was hacked and it is no longer a server. I have also been moderator and admin on a few other servers. I know most plugins like world edit, how to make kits on essentials, buycraft, minecraftmarket (Donation Plugin), and enjin. I know PermissionsEX and groupmanager and I do know a lot more but forgot most of their names haha.

Preferred Position: Moderator (I don't want to start real high like admin)

What you can contribute towards PvP.Zone: I can help with support if people need help since I do have a lot of time currently on break. I can help with building, plugins. I do know how to make ranks in PermissionsEX and groupmanager. I can also advertise the server on my youtube channel

Moderator, as I know the times to mute, kick, tempban, and ban, and I would feel restricted as a Helper.

What you can contribute towards PvP.Zone:
I've owned 3 servers (2 successful ones), and administrated a third. I know how donations work, groups, commands, permissions, advertising, hosting, plugins, all of the stuff I used to have to deal with daily. If you ever need any help with the server or a plugin, I will usually be able to find someway to help, whether it be trial and error, or looking up a Wiki page. I will log in at least once a day, I do work and have school and such, but I will be able to log at least 2 hours a day. I've had a couple years of experience so I know what I'm doing. I also love sitting on forum sites, so I can monitor the site as well. ​
