I see you are new here but you need a lore more information such as IP and Website as well as what you are wanting the developer to do. The way you are wording your threads lead me to think you are about 12 years old. Ever heard of punctuation?
im 14 and I just started my server I my other dev left for 3days and so I'm just getting a new one to fill in for him cuz he is not online the dev I have is part of the faithful network

Most competent devs won't work for free, try include something at least a bit more incentive.

I. have a dev that works for faithfulhcf and a lot of other servers but he left for 3days
and I want to get stuff done so I'm getting more devs until he gets back and for more help

You clearly don't know how devs work. People make plugins for money, Most devs live by selling plugins/mods, You don't simply get a dev to make everything you want for free. you can get good devs for $15.

Configuring a server also costs money so if you want to make a server, you must have enough $$$ for everything.

aswell as maybe a configurator if u want it customized.
I am pretty sure you are not competent enough to be running a server. You will first need to go through Primary and Secondary school again if you want to be successful in running your own server.

If you have a lot of money why not hire a dev? Why bother mentioning you have money if you aren't going to pay people for their time and work? It doesn't add up. You're going to have a very difficult time finding someone to work for you for no pay.
Okay, from a guy who makes *good* Minecraft setups, and I hope from ..EVERYONE's perspective, this guy has no clue, that developers are cheap(at least the decent ones), if he's looking for EASY shit to do..then why not just talk to a developer, and work out a deal?
