PvPGlobe Players & Advertisements Needed

My server PVPGlobe is releasing our Factions realm this Saturday and I'm super stressed about it. We currently have a loaded staff team but are always looking for more. The team is under great management and I think the server will do very good when it releases. The thing that has me so worried is I don't know how many players we will get.
If you own a giveaway Discord I'd happily sponsor a rank or in game item giveaway depending on the size.

Hire a marketing manager; someone that can handle all of the server's advertisement, deals, sponsorships, and more.

The problem with that is they always take a cut for themselves. Sending the server out to other people isn't hard. What I need to know is where the best places to market the server are.

Find large team discords and also make deals with large sellout YouTubers on their discord. Normally both have young people that are willing to join discords.

However, don't expect the teams to pay much as normally they're great at winning maps through bug and error errors.

Thanks so much for the reply! What do you mean by making deals with large sellout YouTubers? Also I'd like more than for them to just join my Discord, I want players that will actually play the server.

Sellout YouTubers are people like Riverrain, m0dest, and these sorts of people any YouTuber that will play on any server for a $ amount. Many YouTubers won't just play random servers without first checking on them but these will join and play on anything as long as they're paid.

Many YouTuber discords are filled with 12-17-year-olds who are your main audience as many people younger won't donate and people older don't typically spend money on Minecraft servers.

Thanks for the advice! Maybe next map if I have a higher budget I'll be able to go out and do that. As for now I'll just try to get faction leaders to play. Do you know any good free methods of advertising?
