Hey MC-M,

I currently own a server called PvPHQ. This project has been going on for a few months now as we’ve gone through managers & staff managers. I’m currently looking for a Staff Manager & a General Manager for the server.

Requirements:

-14+
-Resume / Experience working as a manager
-Has a working microphone
-Can contribute a certain amount of hours

There are probably other requirements I’ll have to add on but for now that’s it. I will be paying for both these roles, and the reason I’m doing them separate is because I’ve seen & worked with people who have done both and it was not their best work at all. So unless you have a lot of experience doing both, don’t ask if you can do both.

Tasks I’d want to be carried out:

Staff Manager:

-Manages the staff team
-Finds & hires new staff
-Holds staff meetings
-Anything else related to staff (promotions, demotions, strikes, documents, etc)

General / Community Manager:

-Works with the staff manager
-Manages polls, events, announcements
-Hypes everyone up
-Does some administration work
-Communicates with the community and staff team
-Helps out with some development etc

Payment:

For the staff manager I’m fine with paying $15-$20 a week, and for general management I’d pay $20-$25 a week. All of this is negotiable.
