Buying a Hub Plugin like PvPLounge
Basically how it works is you get frozen in mid air and it forces you to open a server selector. In the selector theres the servers and at the end a "leave" option that kicks you from the server.

Im not looking to spend a lot on this, but prices wouldn't matter unless I disagree with your price.
