• Advanced server-side experience (Linux, databases, plugins)
• Strong knowledge of backend systems & security
• Available several hours weekly
• Excellent communication with owners and team leads

• Experience in Java & Minecraft plugin dev (Spigot/Paper)
• Familiar with Git, APIs, and bug fixing
• Works well in a team environment
• Portfolio or examples preferred
• Age 16+

• Age 16+
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience managing staff or projects
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Able to train new staff and manage day-to-day operations

• Experienced in moderation and administration
• Able to handle complex issues and staff escalations
• Supports Managers and Admins
• Voice communication required

• Able to supervise lower-ranked staff
• Strong maturity and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and community involvement

• High maturity and professionalism

• Familiar with common rules, warnings, and bans
• Helps keep chat and gameplay clean

• Actively supports chat and gameplay
