Please take this as constructive criticism, I am not trying to bash your thread I'd just like to point out a few things I noticed.

FAQ's are useful, and I would recommend putting the answer to the actual question itself, IE: "Yes, we do ...", "No, we do not ...".
This would be useful for potential customers skimming the thread to actually take a look at your host as they can see the presented information much more clearly.

This isn't really a difference but I understand how hard it is to create a concrete difference between a new hosting provider and a well established one. The truth is a lot of hosts have manageable support and will all claim they strive for the best. One thing to avoid when creating a new hosting company is sounding like the summerhosts many have seen in the past. If you want to come off as professional then it's important to maintain appearance the maintain professionalism throughout the entire venture.

This doesn't very well answer the question. You essentially said that you're trying to be a good host and stated the obvious. Possibly explain what security measures you're using to protect your domains or your panels, show us what proves we can really trust that this host is the one we want to give our money to. Always remember there are hundreds of others so you have to stand out in all aspects. It's similar to the food industry, you have to treat all customers as gods/goddesses so they continue to eat at your restaurant.

Your site is gorgeous, and the host overall has a good quality to it. You are up front about your specs and you're offering fair prices. I wish the best of luck to your host and still am genuinely impressed by its quality. Props my man :)
Hello, thank you very much for the kind words. We appreciate the feedback and have made some changes to our thread. If you see anything else we should change feel free to send us a private message.
