Currently I own a Minecraft factions server and I need to sell it ASAP as I don't want to run a server anymore. Below is a list of any items of value.

First Month (Only 1 so far) Donations:
The server received $250 in donations during it's first month.

Playerbase:
During the summer the server maxed at 38 players. It averages 5-10 players on the weekends and averages 3-5 on weekdays.

He said that he isn't using that one, I tried using it personally, it doesn't work -- it's broken and the dev is to lazy to fix it. He isn't selling his custom enchants plugin either.
